I couldn't agree with you more. On January 1, 1999 Indiana's Graduated Driver's Licensing law went into effect. We are an Indiana insurance company and are very involved and concerned about the youth of our state. We supported this law through many ups and downs. It was great news for us when this went into effect. For many of our teens and their parents it has been an adjustment but through the last year the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience.
